Open call to publish your work in Prompt Magazine paper book 12, December 2024 edition

30 artists will be selected Close on November 15th

BENEFITS FOR SELECTED ARTISTS

• 3 artists will be selected for 4 pages of print publication

• 7 artists will be selected for 2 pages of print publication

• 20 artists will be selected for 1 page of print publication

Book 12 will consist of 180 pages. Prompt Magazine publishes and distributes a print book bimonthly in 12 countries.

Additionally, we will share the winners on our social media platforms

RULES

The deadline for participation in the Open Call is until 15th November. You may submit a set of images from the same project for each submission.

The Prompt Magazine team will decide how many images to feature in the publication. Additionally, an artist biography and a project concept will be required.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The Prompt Magazine team will select 30 artists, carefully evaluating their projects and artistic journey. We look for artists who stand out for their expressive authenticity, the quality of their images, the message conveyed, and their unique style—key elements that give meaning to a digital artwork. Will be selected: 30 artists for paper publication in Prompt Magazine book 12 which will be released in December 2024

We will let you know if you are chosen for publication by November 30th.

IMAGES

JPEG, TIFF, and PNG formats will be accepted; you will be asked to provide a download link when filling out the form. You may submit a set of images from the same project for each submission.

The proportions are not a determining factor, as we will design a custom layout to best showcase your art.

COSTS

The cost of €6 will be applied as an early bird rate until November 30.

A price of €10 will be applied from November 1 to November 15 as a late bird rate.

The fee for each submission applies to each individual project. A project can consist of multiple images or just one image. The Prompt Magazine team may decide to publish one or more images based on the evaluation.

BY PARTECIPATE AT this OPEN CALL you declare:

I have obtained permission from my entire creative team to publish my images in Prompt Magazine. I understand that I am granting Prompt Magazine the one-time, free of charge, non-exclusive right to use my images in the following ways: for publication in both print and online formats, as well as for sharing on social media. I acknowledge that my name will be credited in all instances where Prompt Magazine utilizes my images.

I consent to indemnify Prompt Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings arising against Prompt Magazine related to the use of the artwork and any false or inaccurate statements.

I certify that I am over 18 years of age. Submission registration does not guarantee publication.
